Refund Policy

Quickfire costs $5,000, so we want you to be sure it works for you.

7-day full refund

If you ask within 7 days of receiving your download link, we refund the full purchase price. You don't need to give a reason. Email sales@quickfire.pro from the address you bought with and we refund through PayPal within 5 business days.

When you're refunded, your license ends: please delete the Software from your computer.

Custom add-ons

Add-ons ($100–$500) are refundable in full if we haven't delivered them, or if what we deliver doesn't match the written quote. Once an add-on is delivered and matches its quote, it isn't refundable.

After 7 days

Purchases are final after 7 days. If something stops working because of a bug in the Software, email us and we'll work with you to fix it. We can't refund trading losses, or problems caused by an exchange changing or limiting its API.

Before you open a dispute

Please email us first. Within the 7 days, a refund is faster and simpler than a PayPal dispute.
